Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, in its original condition or damaged, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened food items or consumables.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Items damaged due to improper handling or storage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
